Mr Ormond A Williams was appointed Director of the National Bank of the Virgin Islands Limited (the “Bank”) in 2024. Mr Williams is a seasoned banking professional with 37 years of experience in retail and commercial banking across multiple jurisdictions, including St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Barbados, Belize, the UK with Barclays Bank, and the Cayman Islands with Cayman National Bank.
He has held senior leadership positions, including President/CEO and Executive Director. Mr Williams is currently the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of OAWilliams Consulting, a firm focusing on leadership and people development.

MBA from the University of Liverpool, UK.
Banking, management, and business qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, UK (now The London Institute of Banking and Finance, where he is a Fellow), the University of Manchester, UK, and the University of the West Indies, Barbados, respectively.
Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, UK.
